DESIGN SERVICE

We provide a full and comprehensive design service from formulating a Brief of your requirements and producing an Initial Design, to Developed Design, Detail Design, and seeing a project realised in Construction. 

APPLYING FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

We can advise if your project requires planning permission and produce the relevant information for making an application to the local authority. We provide services in connection with planning appeals and may communicate on your behalf with planning authorities.

BUILDING CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We deal on your behalf with the building contractor and administer the project to ensure that it is delivered in accordance with the design and planning permission.

CO-ORDINATING OTHER CONSULTANTS

We co-ordinate the involvement of specialist consultants such as a Structural Engineer, Mechanical & Electrical Consultant or Quantity Surveyor whose input may be required in the project.

INTERIOR DESIGN

We provide an interior design service, advising on loose furniture, artworks and finishes.

CONSERVATION SKILLS

David Jordan is an RIAI Conservation Accredited (Grade III) Architect. If your building is ‘a ‘Protected Structure’ or in an ‘Architectural Conservation Area’ , we can  advise on the process for carrying out works to the building, provide a design service,  engage with planning authorities on your behalf and oversee the construction of the works.
